WHEELING - Thousands of music lovers flocked to Heritage Port this weekend as the 25th Heritage Music BluesFest delivered a weekend packed with live music and more. Fans from the Ohio Valley joined visitors from more than two dozen states across the nation in the Friendly City for the three-day festival on the riverfront. Early weather forecasts threatened the festivities with rain throughout the weekend, but Mother Nature offered pleasant summer weather during festival hours on all three days.
