Street Survivors Hosting Car Show At Oglebay Saturday

The Ohio Valley Street Survivors will hold their 34th Annual Car Show starting at 8 a.m. Saturday at Oglebay Park Resort’s Site 1 near the Good Zoo.
The show will feature cars, trucks, tractors and motorcycles to view, as well as a swap meet. Registration is $10 for vehicles, both driver and guest, and $10 for the swap meet. The registration includes admission to the Good Zoo.
Vehicle judging will run from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Dash plaques will be given to the first 200 registered. A 6-foot-tall trophy for best in show will be awarded as will other trophies for outstanding entries. Amateur judging will be done by OVSS members. Vehicles must be present in order to receive their trophies. Car show entrants also will be eligible to win prizes from local vendors.
There will be $50 cash drawings each hour from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., as well as a 50-50 raffle, door prizes and a chance auction.
Free in-park transportation will be available, and a variety of food vendors will be on site. Proceeds will benefit the Good Zoo.
