Marshall Chamber To Recognize Century-Old, Veteran-Owned Businesses During Breakfast

MOUNDSVILLE -- The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce State of Marshall County Breakfast on Thursday will feature special speaker West Virginia Secretary of State Kris Warner, who also will recognize century-old and veteran-owned businesses during the program.

The breakfast, slated for 8 a.m. Thursday at Grand Vue Park’s conference room, also will feature speeches by local leaders including Moundsville City Manager Rick Healy; Tony Martinelli, CEO of WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital; Shelby Haines, superintendent of Marshall County Schools; Scott Varner, president of the Marshall County Commission; and John Davis, COO of the Wheeling Nailers.

"The State of Marshall County Breakfast provides an opportunity to hear directly from leaders who are helping shape our community," said Scott Reager, executive director of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. "Bringing these different sectors together gives our business community a broader perspective on where Marshall County is today and where we are headed."
