Chamber Dinner Is ‘A Night To Remember Marshall County’

MOUNDSVILLE — This year’s upcoming Marshall County Chamber of Commerce Dinner is being dubbed “A Night To Celebrate Marshall County.”
The dinner is scheduled from 5-8:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at Reilley’s Reception & Event Center, 1307 Wheeling Ave., Glen Dale.
“This special evening will bring together business and community leaders from throughout Marshall County celebrate the accomplishments, people and organizations that make our community a great place to live, work and do business,” said Scott Reager, executive director of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce.
This year’s keynote speaker will be West Virginia University President Michael Benson.
As part of the celebration, the chamber will recognize an outstanding Marshall County business, an outstanding individual who makes a difference in the Marshall County community, special achievements and accomplishments within Marshall County Schools, and other individuals and organizations making an impact throughout the community.
Reager explained the importance of the chamber celebrating the county and its leaders.
"Recognizing outstanding businesses and people celebrates the success that strengthens our community, inspires others, and builds pride in where we live and work," he said.
Tickets are $60 for chamber members and $65 for non-members; call 304-845-2773. The dinner will be catered by Undo’s. The chamber is also accepting sponsors as well.
