Market Plaza turns a bit scary for the Halloween season

Photo by CARSON FOLIO A day before the spookiest night of the season, Market Plaza's "Halloween on the Plaza" returned Friday evening for trick-or-treaters to pick up candy from various vendors and stands set up around the shops in the plaza.. Samples of Butterbeer, a drink in the "Harry Potter" franchise, were available to go with the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra's performance of "The Prisoner of Azkaban" at the Capitol Theatre nearby.
