West Virginia Voters Cast Primary Ballots Today
WHEELING — Today is Election Day for West Virginia voters, though if local early-vote numbers are any indication, there may not be a mad dash to the polls. Voting locations will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. across the state.
