Not Guilty Plea Entered In Child Death-Related Case
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Kaitlyn Kuhn pleaded not guilty to one count of endangering children. She was arraigned in Belmont County Common Pleas Court by Judge Chris Berhalter on Thursday morning. Kuhn was represented by Belmont County Public Defender Aaron Miller. Her charge stems from the death of a child while in Kuhn’s care and custody.
