Ohio County law enforcement and fire departments are on the scene of a vehicle accident that has closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 at the West Virginia/Pennsylvania line.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene to transport one victim to a Pittsburgh hospital. The victim had to be extricated from the crashed vehicle.
