Monday, Gov. Jim Justice said, following conversations with the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission and his medical experts, that winter sports — basketball, swimming and wrestling — could begin practice on Feb. 14, with games getting underway March 3.
The start of practices and games will only happen if a county is at a level to be back in school in person.
