Iron workers moved steel beams from the backs of semi trucks pulled off in a blocked-off section of the far left lane of I-70 West on the Fulton Bridge Tuesday as part of the ongoing construction of I-70 East in that area of the city. Swank Construction crews stopped traffic momentarily each time a beam was positioned in an area below the eastbound side of the highway at that location.
