A 10-mile long convoy of tractor-trailers and other vehicles, the “People’s Convoy,” is passing through the region this morning.

The convoy, which is headed to Washington, D.C., was just outside of St. Clairsville at 10 a.m. and headed toward Wheeling on Interstate 70. The trucks are holding the left lane to allow vehicles to exit and merge using the inside lanes.
