The Wheeling Police Department has identified the victim in Tuesday morning’s single-vehicle crash on Bethany Pike.
Devin Michael Sovinsky, 17, of Triadelphia was killed in the crash which happened around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday near Hogwait Place. The names of the other people who were injured in the crash — an adult male and juvenile female — have not yet been released.
