Jerry Seinfeld To Perform At Capitol Theatre Nov. 17

Jerry Seinfeld is coming to Wheeling.
The renowned comedian, a legend in standup and creator with Larry David of the seminal sitcom “Seinfeld,” will perform a show at the Capitol Theatre at 7 p.m. Nov. 17. Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Aug. 18.
Seinfeld is best known for his eponymous television series, which ran for nine seasons and won three Golden Globe Awards, 10 Primetime Emmys and many other awards. His brand of observational comedy made him enormously popular even before his sitcom aired. He currently hosts an acclaimed web series “Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee.”
Seinfeld has also starred in, written, and produced movies ("Comedian," "Bee Movie"), directed and produced a Broadway hit ("Colin Quinn Long Story Short"), and wrote three best-selling books (Is this Anything?, Seinlanguage, and The Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee Book) and a children's book (Halloween). Seinfeld recently announced his upcoming film “Unfrosted” and continues to perform both nationally and internationally.
