At 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Mansion Drive, Wheeling, traffic contact, warning for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.
At 5:13 a.m. Wednesday, Kensington Drive, Triadelphia, warning issued for lane violation.
At 3:26 a.m Wednesday, Cabela Drive, Valley Grove, responded to a burglar alarm at WesBanco on Cabela Drive. All doors were secure.
At 3:37 a.m. Wednesday, Interstate 70, Wheeling Tunnel, while en route to a burglar alarm at The Highlands, a deputy observed a tire in a lane of traffic on the I-70 Eastbound side of the tunnel. Deputy asked dispatch to notify the West Virginia Division of Highways, but DOH was not answering the phone. After clearing the alarm call, the deputy went back and moved the tire out of the traffic lane.
At 12:58 a.m. Wednesday, Interstate 70 Westbound, mile marker 6, citation for speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. The driver's license was suspended. The driver was transported to the Gantzer Ridge Sheetz. The vehicle was parked along I-70 Eastbound and a friend was supposed to come pick the vehicle up.
At 12:22 a.m. Wednesday, Interstate 70 Eastbound, Wheeling, while running a stationary laser on I-470 Eastbound, a deputy observed a tractor-trailer that appeared to be going over 55 mph. The deputy tracked the tractor-trailer with a laser and it was traveling 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. The deputy stopped the vehicle and the driver identified himself. He was cited for speeding.
At 11:04 p.m. Tuesday, Oglebay Drive, Bells Lane, West Liberty, warning for improper lighting.
At 8:04 p.m. Tuesday, Stone and Shannon Road, Wheeling, a caller reported that she ordered an internet router from T-mobile for $60. The item was delivered to the wrong address (unknown address). The caller stated that T-mobile required her to contact law enforcement prior to receiving a refund. This is a matter between the caller, T-Mobile and UPS.
At 8:29 p.m. Tuesday, Kiger Lane, Valley Grove, serve warrant. A man was found to have a warrant after we left the residence with a woman else earlier in the night. The residence was checked and the man was not located inside.
At 8:27 p.m. Tuesday, Kiger Lane, Valley Grove, deputy gave a woman a ride back to her residence after she posted bond.
At 8:16 p.m. Tuesday, National Road, Triadelphia, deputies stopped to speak with a man who was walking in the middle of the road. Deputies told him to stay off the road and he continued his walk home.
At 6:39 p.m. Tuesday, Kiger Lane, Valley Grove, deputies went to an address on Kirger Lane to serve an unspecified warrant. Jessica Sall, no age given, was served with the warrant and placed in custody.
At 6:34 p.m. Tuesday, Dixon Run Road, Valley Grove, motorist assist. Checked on a vehicle off the roadway with a flat tire. The driver said her husband was coming from a nearby residence with a jack to change it.
At 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, Kiger Lane, Valley Grove, warning for loud exhaust.
At 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oglebay Drive, Triadelphia, report taken for a car versus deer crash resulting in minor damage.
At 4:32 p.m. Tuesday, Walnut Avenue, Bethlehem, a deputy stood by while a person collected their personal belongings.
At 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, Dallas Pike, Valley Grove, deputies went to the above address to serve a warrant on Ryan Sutton, no age given, for Burglary and Grand Larceny. Warrant was successful; Sutton was transported back to the office for processing and was bonded out for $312 by his mother.
At 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, Jeanette Avenue, Triadelphia, met with a man regarding a dispute over property and custody of a child between him and his ex-girlfriend. A vehicle was returned to the man but no action was taken over child custody.
At 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, Dixon Run Road, Valley Grove, serve civil papers. Deputies went to the above address to serve a man with a domestic violence protection order. He was served with the paperwork and was advised he is not to have any contact with the petitioner, and was not allowed back at the above address. He was transported to an Eoff Street address in Wheeling.
At 1:29 p.m. Tuesday, Jenkins Lane, Valley Grove, sitting stationary on McCutcheon Road, a deputy initiated a traffic stop in the Cherokee parking lot. Warning for speed, 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.
At 1:17 p.m. Tuesday, Robinson Drive, Valley Grove, deputy initiated a traffic stop after observing a Blue Dodge Ram travel on McCutcheon Road with a defective tail light. Driver was given a warning.
At 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, Oglebay Drive, Lodge Road, warning issued for speeding 46 mph in a 35 mph zone.
At 11:49 a.m. Tuesday, 16th Street, Wheeling, complainant came in to meet about an online fraud that has occurred.

At 8:58 a.m. Tuesday, Interstate 70 Westbound, Triadelphia, car versus deer vehicle crash. Vehicle towed by Middle Creek garage. No injuries.
At 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, Van Meter Way, West Liberty, while monitoring traffic in the West Liberty Elementary school zone, a deputy observed a car driving northbound on W.Va. 88 through the active 15 mph school zone (lights on and flashing with children present) at a high rate of speed. Rear stationary same-direction radar confirmed 33 mph. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver cited for the same.
At 8:32 a.m. Tuesday, Mil Acres Drive, Wheeling, traffic stop for speeding 28 mph in a 15 mph school zone detected by radar. Citation issued.
At 8:27 a.m. Tuesday, Van Meter Way, West Liberty, citation for speeding in an active school zone, West Liberty Elementary, 38 mph in a 15 mph zone.
At 8:13 a.m. Tuesday, Van Meter Way, West Liberty, citation for speeding in an active school zone, West Liberty Elementary, 33 mph in a 15 mph zone.
At 7:13 a.m. Tuesday, Stone Church Road, complainant wanted her residence checked after a burglar alarm was set off. Residence was checked and cleared. No signs of a break-in found.
