Crews from F.R. Beinke Wrecking Inc. of New Jersey began demolition of the remaining buildings at the former Ohio Valley Medical Center site this week. The company was awarded a contract for about $6.8 million to raze the seven former hospital and medical office buildings on the campus, representing more than 800,000 square feet of vacant space inside the structures.
