WHEELING -- City police are investigating an overnight fatal crash.
Around 1:20 a.m., Sunday, police and emergency personnel were called to W.Va. 2 south near the electrical substation, not far from the Marshall County line, for a single vehicle that crashed into the guardrail.
The driver, identified by police as Seth Thomas O'Bright, 23 of Wheeling, was ejected from the car and transported to Wheeling Hospital where he later died.
The road re-opened around 5 a.m. and the crash remains under investigation, an official release from the Wheeling Police Department noted.
