Burn Victim Life Flighted From Fusion Steakhouse

A patron at Fusion Steakhouse at The Highlands was life flighted to a Pittsburgh hospital for burns Friday night and another was taken to WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital.
Ohio County EMA Director Lou Vargo said a “flash fire” at the restaurant burned two patrons. For one, he said there were concerns with burns to the face and respiratory system and, after consulting with medical command in Morgantown, that person was life flighted to Pittsburgh.
The second person was taken by ambulance to WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital.
