Interstate 70 East has slowed to a halt following a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon about 1 1/2 miles east of the West Alexander exit in Pennsylvania, according to Pennsylvania’s 511 website. Motorists are advised to take U.S. 40 when heading east into Pennsylvania. No further information has been released.
