WHEELING — According to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department, the West Virginia Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the eighth victim of the June 14 flooding as Jesse Pearson, 43, of Triadelphia.

Pearson was found in the Ohio River on Wednesday.

One person remains missing: 83-year-old Sandra Kay Parsons of Triadelphia. The search effort continues. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call 911.
