WELLSBURG – Emergency responders are searching the Ohio River near Wellsburg after a tractor trailer crash this morning.

The vehicle crashed into the river on 10th Street in Wellsburg, with reports indicating it is fully submerged.

River rescue crews have responded to the scene.
