Wheeling’s Capitol Theatre was packed Friday evening to see U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., speak as part of his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour. Wheeling is one of three West Virginia stops on the tour. People started lining up to enter the theatre in the early afternoon and by 3 p.m., the line stretched down Main Street.
