The Wheeling Park High School Homecoming Parade returned to downtown Wheeling for the first time in years, with sports teams and clubs being led by the WPHS marching band up Market Street and down Main Street to Heritage Port for a pep rally and the crowning of Isaac Aderholt as homecoming king.
