W.Va. 2 in North Wheeling is currently closed due to a water main break in the area, the City of Wheeling said.

The repair likely will take a few hours, according to the city’s social media post. Motorists are asked to use alternate routes to travel through the area, including Northern Parkway, Mount Wood Road, 8th Street, until repairs are complete.
