Crews with Triton Construction of St. Albans continue their work around downtown Wheeling to improve the look and functionality of its roadways and sidewalks. They were working at the corner of 16th and Eoff streets on Tuesday afternoon, replacing the sidewalks in that area. Some of that work went subterranean, with workers heading underneath the surface to get the job done.
