There was plenty of fun to be had both on land and in the water Sunday at the Ohio River Splashtacular at Wheeling’s Heritage Port. The free event included performances by the Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show Team, bubbles and water fights for the kids and science demonstrations. Raffles held benefitted Easterseals Rehabilitation Center.
