A Wheeling man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a Monday stabbing incident in Elm Grove, according to Wheeling Police.
Cannon Lee Furman, 26, was charged with three counts of malicious wounding. He was arraigned Wednesday in Ohio County Magistrate Court and taken to Northern Regional Jail. Bond was set at $150,000.
According to police, around 5 p.m. Monday, police were dispatched to a domestic assault call at an apartment in the 2100 block of National Road in Elm Grove.
Two people were taken to Wheeling Hospital by the Wheeling Fire Department to receive medical treatment. The injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening.
Furman was taken into custody by police on Monday.
