Water shoots into the air from a waterline break in West Bellaire this afternoon.
Village officials are responding to a waterline break on Second Avenue in the West Bellaire neighborhood in the village of Bellaire. The break was spotted by residents about 12:30 p.m. as water was shooting into the air from the break site on the roadway, leaving residents without water.
