The CEO of Fox Run, a residential treatment facility for children and adolescents in Belmont County, was arrested over the weekend on multiple charges, including unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Randall MacKendrick, 59, was arrested early Saturday morning by the North Ridgeville Police Department on charges of importuning — defined as a solicitation of sexual favors — disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile, possessing criminal tools and unlawful sexual contact with a minor. He was booked into the Lorain County Jail and held without bond over the weekend. He had a court hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday.

MacKendrick has been with the facility since 2016. MacKendrick’s photo no longer appears among the staff listings at Fox Run. Fox Run officials have not yet been able to be contacted to confirm MacKendrick’s status with the facility.
