WELLSBURG — Two dozen area residents had initial hearings in Brooke County Circuit Court this week after being indicted by a county grand jury. Among them was Charles Holden, 47, of 98 10th St., Wellsburg, who faces charges including DUI causing serious bodily injury, leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury, obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance.
