Pastor Roy Barnette Fuller, 70, of Steubenville, OH went on to glory on November 5, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital, Weirton WV. Roy Fuller was born in Wheeling, WV to the last Russell and Jessie Mae Fuller.
Pastor Fuller completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology / Psychology at Wheeling Jesuit College and his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Phoenix. He served as a Pastor of New Hope Chapel Church, Steubenviile, OH and as an Associate Pastor Family of God Christian Center in Weirton, WV; he has also completed Missionary and Evangelist missions to Vietnam and Mexico. Elder Fuller retired from a career as Director of Housekeeping, Weirton Medical; Housekeeping Supervisor, Washington and Jefferson College, and Housekeeping Supervisor, Wheeling Jesuit University.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Melvin and Richard Fuller.
Elder Fuller will be mourned by his beloved wife of forty-four blissful years Kathy Delaine Gordon Fuller, his four sons: Regis Martin – Fuller (Sara), Roiriquez Benaiah – Clarke Fuller, Timotheus Mabrey Fuller, and Justus Melvin Gordon Fuller. Siblings: William R Fuller (Edie), Arlene Fuller Curry, grandchildren: Mia, Xavier, and Ari Martin – Fuller, and a host of family and friends.
