Beverly Joyce (Hubbard) Staffileno, 80, of Wellsburg WV died peacefully on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.
Born on May 18, 1942 in Beech Bottom, WV a daughter of the late Ted and Lucille (Hoskins) Hubbard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert R. "Bob" Staffileno who died on January 29, 2019, and three sisters, Phyllis Wilhelm, Carol Rockwell, and Patsy Merckle, and a brother, Ted Hubbard, Jr.
Beverly graduated from Wellsburg High School in 1960, and retired from Brooke County Schools where she worked as Teacher's Aide.
She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Wellsburg, WV. In her spare time she loved following her grandsons in their sporting events.
She is survived by two children, Eric Staffileno (Penny Postlethwaite) of Wellsburg, WV and Jennifer (Lee C. IV) Paull of Wheeling, WV; two grandchildren, Lee C. Paull, V, and Collin Robert Paull; one sister, Linda (Dave) Franklin of Glen Easton, WV, and her brother, Robert (Elmonda) Hubbard of Columbus, OH; along with several nieces and nephews.
At Beverly's request all services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements by the Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brooke County Animal Shelter, 797 Mac Barnes Drive, Beech Bottom, WV 26030.
