Catherine Irene (Welsh) Gaudio, 91, of Wheeling, passed away Tuesday February 7, 2023 at the Wyngate Senior Community in Weirton, WV.
She was born February 17, 1931, in Jefferson Township, Washington County, PA, daughter of the late George and Catherine (Schrock) Welsh.
She was a member of St. Michael Parish, and she loved to travel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dominick Frank Gaudio; sisters, Ann Crabb, Mary Pekarscik; brothers, Charles Welsh, Edward Welsh and Michael Welsh.
She is survived by her son, James Gaudio, and his wife, Eva (Santora) Gaudio, son John Gaudio and daughter Debra Gaudio.
Services will be private and interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
A Memorial contribution may be made in her name to Wyngate Senior Center, Weirton, WV, Amedisys Hospice, Wheeling, WV, or Saint Michael Parish, Wheeling, WV.
