Cora "Coty" Pauline Hall, 63, went home to be with her Lord on February 23, 2023.
She was born October 16, 1959, in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late Mary Virginia Coss Hall.
Coty was a cherished daughter, aunt, sister, and friend. She loved her family and was beloved by all who knew her.
Coty is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Virginia Coss Hall.
She is survived by her brother, Michael (Jennifer) Hall; nieces, Elise Hall & Stephanie Hall; and nephews, Alex Hall, Chris Hall, and Michael Hall, Jr.
Friends and family will be received on Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 1pm until the time of service at 3pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV 26003. (304-242- 2311). Interment to follow at Linwood Cemetery in Blaine, OH.
