David Ernest Matthews, 77, of Wheeling, passed away on Tuesday February 21, 2023.
He was born on May 24, 1945, in Kingston, PA, son of the late Jason and Ann (Burdette) Matthews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Jean Matthews.
Friends will be received on Wednesday March 1, 2023 from 10:00 am till 11:00 at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Rd., Wheeling, followed by a 11:30 am chapel service at Halcyon Hill Cemetery.
