John Howley, 88, passed away January 23, 2023 in Santa Fe, NM. Born in Wheeling, WV on August 24, 1934 to James and Mary Elizabeth Howley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Pat and Jim (Marion). He is survived his wife Connie, sons John, Jeff, and Jason, and by his brother Chuck (Nancy), sister Mary Ann, and sister-in-law Jane.
