Kenneth Anthony Walton, age 81 of New Martinsville, WV, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023, at his home.
He was born September 11, 1941, in Wetzel County, WV. He was the son of the late Harold and Lillian (Anthony) Walton.
Kenny was retired from Ormet Corp. and a member of the former St. John's United Methodist Church. He loved the outdoors especially primitive camping and deer hunting with his Rosemary.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Stoneking Walton; sister Ruth Cumbridge and brother-in-law, Glen Henry and Suzanne Knapp (first wife).
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Christine (Dennis) McDowell and Rebecca Rose (Ronnie) Stock; three sons, Michael Scott Walton, Gary Anthony (Kishna) Walton, and John Brian (Brandy Clegg) Walton; sister, Eleanor Henry; 12 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 step great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street New Martinsville WV, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ed Gullet officiating.
Interment to follow in Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
