Phillip Odell McKay, 67, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on Jan. 28 at Marietta Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.
Phillip was born on July 6, 1955, in New Martinsville, WV to the late William (Jack) and Olga (Viona) McKay.
Phil was a 1973 Paden City High School graduate and retired from Corning Glass, Inc. in 2001. He was a member of the Sistersville Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jackie McKay, and his sister Carolyn Sue Lewis. He is survived by two children, Jessica (Jason) Rose and Alex (Ashley) McKay, and his form- er wife, Jane Ann McKay; four grand- children, Casey Rose, Christian, Natalie, and Rowan McKay, 11 nieces and nephews, 18 great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.
There will be a Celebration of Life for family and friends on Feb. 4 at 1 p.m. at the Sistersville Church of Christ annex in Sistersville, WV.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in Phillip's name.
