Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV, where service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 2, 2023 with burial to follow in the Emma Grove Cemetery.
