Steven Wilson Whitmire Sr., 74, of Wheeling, passed away on Saturday February 11, 2023.
He was born on December 15, 1948, son of the late William and Florence (Hornick) Whitmire.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Elma (White) Whitmire; son, Steven Whitmire, Jr.; son-in-law, Michael Danehart; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Steve is survived by his daughter, Kyleen (Whitmire) Danehart; grandchildren, Trista Beatty (Isaac), Tiffany Danehart (Anthony), Michael Danehart (Rita), Dylan Danehart and a sister Susan Bone (Terry).
Services and interment in Short Creek Cemetery were private.
