Charles Richard "Dick" Corbin Jr., 84, of Wellsburg, WV, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was born May 26, 1938, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Charles R. and Margaret Fry Corbin Sr.
Dick to all that knew him was a strong and caring person who touched the lives of many.
Dick retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as an overhead crane operator, and he loved working on the farm and fishing in his spare time.
Dick was a faithful member of Grace Bible Church.
In addition to his parents Dick was preceded in death by his loving wife Margaret Louise "Midge" Williams Corbin who passed January 26, 2019, and a brother George Corbin.
Dick was blessed with one daughter, Cindy (Richard) Adams and three sons, Chris (Christine) Corbin, Jerry Corbin, and Rich (Penny) Corbin, 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and a brother James E. Corbin.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, WV, and again Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Spence officiating.
Interment will follow at Independence Cemetery, Independence, PA, with full military graveside rites by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.
