Frank William Wheeler, 78, of Wheeling passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Wednesday March 22, 2023.
He was born in Florida on April 29, 1944, son of the late Charles "Bill" and Arlene (Bright) Wheeler.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Wheeler.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda (Campbell) Wheeler; Children, Melinda (Dave) Zoladz, Deborah (Patrick) Haley, Charles Franklin (Corrine) Wheeler; grandchildren, Madison, Emma, Jacob, Spencer, Wyatt, Ella, Morgan; brothers, David (Gloria) Wheeler, Mark (Patty) Wheeler and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for the future.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Greggsville United Methodist Church or Liza's Place.
