Carol A. Shimp Billiard, 80, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2023.
Carol was born November 29, 1942, in Wheeling, WV to the late Mary Francis Shaffer Smith.
She was a Roman Catholic by faith, the owner and operator of Headlines by Kim, and most importantly a mother, grandmother, and the wife of Paul "Bud" Billiard Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul "Bud" Billiard Jr. who passed in 2021, and one brother Ronald "Buck" Shimp.
She is the loving mother of Kimberly (Mark) Wales, Paul Billiard and companion Trisha, T.J. (Erin) Billiard, 7 grandchildren Kyle (Courtney) Wales, Kody Wales, Cross Billiard, Bode Billiard, Giana, Angelo and Rocco Billiard and 1 great grandchild Liam, sister Nancy (Richard "Soup") Campbell and Trisha's children Drew and Reagan.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 7, 2023, from noon until the time of service at 4 p.m. with Pastor Jim Forbes officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Brooke Hills Park (Sports Complex).
