Gina Del Pizzo Scenna, 92, of Wheeling, passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 19, 2023 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.
She was born on June 24, 1930 in Sulmona, Italy, daughter of the late Enrico and Giovanna Del Pizzo.
With her husband Alio, they operated Al Scenna Barbering and Styles and a real estate rental business for over 50 years.
She was a wonderful cook, enjoyed reading, watching movies, going to the symphony and traveling. During her life she visited many places around the world.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alio Scenna in 2014 and her son Marco Scenna in 2021.
Surviving are her son, Philip Scenna of Wheeling, WV; sisters Ada Crespi and Maria Teresa Del Pizzo of Rome, Italy and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation and a service will be held at the convenience of the family.
