Patricia "Pat" Jean (Ellsworth) Shamblin, 76, of Wheeling, passed away on Wednesday April 19, 2023 in Liza's Place.
She was born in Steubenville, Oh on November 18, 1946, daughter of the late Harley and June (Cox) Ellsworth.
Pat was a Methodist and member of Elm Grove United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of the Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse at the former OVGH.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Shamblin.
Pat is survived by her sister, Jan Gouge of Wheeling; step -daughter Gina Marie (Timothy) Thomas, of Greenville, SC and best friend Paula Earliwine of Wheeling.
Friends will be received on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 2 - 4 and again from 6 - 8 at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Monday April 24, 2023 at 1 PM.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Hopewell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Liza's Place or Elm Grove United Methodist Church.
