Ralph E. Phillips, 81, of New Martinsville, WV, died Monday, April 17, 2023 at Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, WV.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023 with Niles Hissom of the Church of Christ officiating. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park will follow after funeral service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.
