Ashley continued to pursue her passion of social work in New Martinsville, where she supervised visits between parents and children while providing adult life skills.

Shortly after, Ashley accepted a job from the non-profit organization the Arc of Tampa Bay, and moved to Largo, Florida in 2016. It was a Psychosocial Rehabilitation program the Arc that Ashley found real puropse and meaning in her life. As the Mental Health Technician she proudly fought for the inclusion and developmental disabilities.

Ashley was an incredibly smart, beautiful, and caring person who always advocated for those less fortunate. Her smile and compassionate spirit, which touched the lives of so many, will be deeply missed.
