Joan (Young) Anthony, 88, of Wheeling, WV passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Liza's Place, Valley Hospice Care Center South, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
There will be no visitation; however, a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at St. Michael's Parish at 1:00pm with interment at Mt. Calvary to follow.
