Beverly Kay Baker "Katie", of Sherrard, WV went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2023, at the age of 76 at Morgantown Health and Rehab Center. She was born on September 9, 1946, in Glen Dale, WV. She was a Christian by faith.
Katie was a 1964 graduate of Moundsville High school. She worked the morning shift at Butch's Corner in Sherrard, WV until her retirement. She enjoyed sewing and taking care of her family.
Katie was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Anthony Streight; her only child, Carla Baker Ralbusky; two sisters, Elanor Streight and Helen "Weezie" McCelland; and a brother, Charles "June" Streight.
Katie is survived by her sister, Dory (Butch) Kahlbaugh of Sherrard; a granddaughter Katie May; and three neices, Barb, Tina and Sherry; as well as several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Per Katie's wishes, she donated her body to science at West Virginia University. There will be no services at her request.
She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Fly High.
