Douglas E. Blair, age 74 of Moundsville, WV died Wednesday, June 14, 2023 in WVU Wheeling Hospital Medical Park.
He was born January 25, 1949 in Glen Dale, WV the son of the late Sherman and Opal King Blair.
He was a retired coal miner from Consolidated Coal; and a musician, who mainly played bass and guitar.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Joan Blair; and a sister, Barbara "Bobbie" Blair.
Survivors include a son, Matt (Amanda) Blair of Moundsville; a daughter, Amanda (Dustin) Kastrevec of Shadyside, OH; and three grandchildren, Miah Blair, Nova Blair, and Isla Blair.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville.
Private Services and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
