Harry "Packy" James Lowe, 71, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully at 6:56 PM on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV.
Packy was born on June 15, 1952. He was the son of the late Harold Lowe and Daisy Lowe Montgomery.
In addition to his parents, Packy was preceded in death by his brother, Butch Lowe.
Packy is survived by his two children, Chris Lowe and Jeremy Lowe and his wife, Amanda, all of Wheeling, WV, five grand- children, two siblings, Yogi Vanderbush and Doug Lowe.
